Fight the Flab: Lose Your Body Fat Fast
Wee early in the morning, you are looking at the billboards on your way to work. Not so many fat people on them are there? For most people, shedding excess fat is not easy. It takes commitment, motivation, and lots of hard work. One of the hardest parts about attempting to rid your body of the unsightly fat rolls is actually finding a healthy plan to help you do so.
Though you might not realize it, there is a definite difference between losing weight and losing fat. Losing weight refers to dropping physical poundage, whereas fat loss is actually a reference to the reduction of some of the stores of fat which might well be situated on your tummy, thighs, butt, and arms. Blasting your body fat will make you feel much healthier, look much better, and dramatically increase your confidence.
Here are some strategies designed to help you lose body fat fast:
Increase Your Protein Intake
Increasing your protein intake is almost synonymous with decreasing your carbohydrate intake. Protein breaks down into amino acids, which help you build muscle mass, and in the process, more energy is burned processing it. This means a double whammy for your body; you reduce your fat reserves, and tone your muscles at the same time. Eat leafy green vegetables, fresh fruits, lean meats, and poultry for optimal results. Complex carbohydrates are fine in moderation and will actually provide your body with a great source of fiber. Complex carbohydrates include: Cereal, brown rice, and some pastas. Just be sure to exclude starchy carbohydrates and high-fat foods, and you will be on your way to losing some serious fat cells.
Exercise
It sounds boring, but long-duration, low-intensity exercise really does burn fat – and quickly! Aerobic activity is by far the best kind to do. Walking is especially good because it’s easy to do, and most people can walk for quite some time without getting tired. It also spares the all-important muscle mass, which is particularly important if you are not a big protein eater. If you walk at a constant speed on the treadmill, not only will you burn general fat, but you will also tone your butt muscles at the same time, as an added bonus!
Drink More Water
Drinking 6 -8 glasses of drinking water each day will not only decrease your appetite; it will also flush out waste products and toxins from your body. If you replace your usual soda drink with water, you will drastically reduce your sugar intake. Diet soda, though it contains no actual sugar, has been found to carry harmful chemicals which can negatively impact your attempt to burn fat.
Take Time Out between Servings
You might not realize that it takes around 20 minutes after you have eaten for your body to register that it’s full. That horrible bloated feeling that comes from having eaten too much is a direct result of unintentional overeating. If you can eat your food and wait 20 minutes to decide whether or not you are sated before ordering the next course, you will prevent unnecessary food entering your body, eventually being stored as fat.
Losing fat will make you feel great about your body, enhance your confidence, and also allow you to show off some of the buff muscles you have built during your time at the gym!

How to lose body fat fast?
Im overweight, and would like to know how to lose body fat fast. Thanks.
Don’t try to lose weight fast as your put it back on even faster. The best thing to do is cut out a few things from your diet that you think are adding to your weight.
Don’t diet like made as this normal doesn’t work. Instead make small changes to your lifesytle eat less breads and crisps “chips” do more exercise and eat fruits and veg. Try to cut out sugars as much as possible.
DON’T use any pills or medication off the internet. They dont work and could harm your health.
LOTS OF SMALL CHANGES ARE EASYIER THAN ONE BIG ONE.

What can you suggest for me to eat if I want to lose body fat fast?
I am a mother of a 1 and 2 years old and I work 40 hours a week.
I just recently started working out 2 weeks ago doing 45 minutes of cardio 7 days a week by running in my hilly neighborhood pushing my kids in a stroller.
I also do crunches and leg lifts 5 times a week.
I’ve only lost like 3 lbs, but I can see my stomach is flatter and my legs are a little more toned.
I joined a gym today, so I think I have the workouts covered.
BUT, what should I eat to get more toned and lose the body fat fast?!
My deadline is October 11th (someone is visting then)
I am 5’2 and weigh 123.
I would like to be back down to 110 (my preganancy weight) by November.
(I was 174 the day I gave birth to my son!!!)
Good for you getting the workout part covered. That really is the key to all of this, and it’s the hardest part. As far as diet, don’t starve yourself. You need to keep yourself nourished, especially with the exercise.
Here are a few things to stay away from:
Junk food – chips, pretzels, cookies, candy
Soda, pop, whatever you want to call it.
Beer
Sweets
Look at ingredients, stay away from high fructose corn syrup – its sugar, but the way its processed makes it hard for your body to process
Here’s what you should eat:
Balanced complete meals
You need protein – meat, chicken, fish (really good for you), beans, nuts, tofu
You do need a little bit of fat believe it or not – you can get this through meat, nuts or by cooking with olive oil
You need carbohydrates, that’s how your body gets energy – pasta, rice, bread, potatoes. Consume these in moderation, too much and your body stores the extra energy as fat.
Eat fruits and vegetables
Try to eat only at meal times, but if you must snack, go with fruits or vegetable like carrots or celery sticks
How long and how often should I do stair runs to lose body fat fast?
I have a little bit of stomach fat that needs to go. I’ve been working out everyday, but I don’t like to do cardio machines. So I looked online and it said stair climbing is a fast and effective way to lose body fat, and it’s fairly easy. But it never said how long I should do it a day and how often I should do it like one day, or every couple hours. Can someone please tell me how long and how often I should do the stair running? Thanks
The more the better. Stair climbing is not easy, it’s harder than running. An hour a day is a good goal, but if you’re really keeping a good pace and keeping your heart rate up, an hour a day of stair running will be very hard. Start out with 20-30 minutes a day (5 days a week), and as you get in better shape it will be easier to go for longer. Try to build up to doing intense cardio an hour a day.
